First, itâ€™s pasteurized, which means itâ€™s heated to 185 degrees then cooled to 40 degrees. Then the fat globules mix with the cream to create one massâ€”butter. After that, itâ€™s churned until it is the right texture.</p>
<p>The USDA states that butter should only be softened 15 minutes or so before using it. The logic behind this is to keep any bacteria from contaminating the butter. Bacteria grows in temperatures higher than 40 degrees, so in theory, butter could become contaminated. However, others say that because butter is made from pasteurized milk, it reduces the chance of bacteria growth. Additionally, butter does not have much water in it, which further prohibits bacteria, which needs moisture to grow.</p>

<p>There are several ways to cook chicken breast, but many people turn to grilling as their method of choice. But chewy, flavorless chicken is not good, so you have to know how to grill it right.</p>
<p>First, you need to cut off any excess fat on the chicken. This will enhance the health benefits and remove some empty calories once cooked.</p>
<p>Next, youâ€™ll need to decide whether or not to marinade the chicken. If you do marinade, it will usually take 2-4 hours to complete. Make sure to find a low calorie and low fat marinade to keep it healthy. If you donâ€™t use a marinade, find a good chicken rub in the spice aisle and use it as a seasoning. Store the chicken in the fridge after youâ€™ve used the rub.</p>
<p>The next step is to start the grill and heat it up for 10-15 minutes. Donâ€™t put the chicken on a cold grillâ€”this takes away from the cooking process.</p>

<p>Most cooking experts say not to stuff the turkey before it cooksâ€”this is the first rule of thumb. Stuffing wonâ€™t cook evenly when you try to cook it inside the bird, so itâ€™s better to make it separately.</p>
<p>The first step is to clean out all the gizzards and everything else on the inside of the turkey. Then itâ€™s ready for seasoning. There are many seasonings you can use, just make sure you use plenty of it. You should rub the seasoning outside the bird, underneath the skin, and inside the cavity for a full flavor effect. Many people rub melted butter or olive oil under the skin for extra moistness, then do the same on top of the skin.</p>
